Renovation Masters recently undertook the renovation of my 2 bedroom 1960’s style unit.
I came to choose Renovations Masters after observing their work on another nearby property that was similar to my own and after seeking feedback from the owner of that property. That home owner had been very pleased with the work that Renovation Masters had completed on his property.
My home renovation was overseen and organised with efficiency and the additional trade’s people were friendly and particular about the work they undertook. When adjustments were needed from the original plan or contract, I was fully consulted and provided with options allowing me to make good decisions. Eamon and Damien, Des Budd’s builders, have left my home beautifully renovated, warm and admired by many, but most importantly by me.
Their attention to detail and open communication with me made the whole process much less stressful than I had anticipated.

Renovation of our 1930's bungalow required careful planning, good project management and skilled building. We wanted to keep the front in it's original state whilst modernising the back of the house and improving the layout. Together with a recommended architect we acheived the desired result on paper and then Renovation Masters, utilising their excellent builder (Des Budd from Auckland) and contractors converted plans into reality.
Detailed costs were specified so that we knew exactly where we were before and during the project. When a few unexpected problems arose (earlier DIY efforts of previous owners) the problems were fully rectified and bought up to specification for reasonable cost.
Their selected contractors performed and if we had any concerns throughout the project they were quickly resolved by Renovation Masters. The final outcome fully met our quality expectations.
